Apart from our manufacturing process, we are also proud to be able to look after your treasured piano. We are equipped to provide complete rebuild and restore solutions for many of the top brands of piano inc. Ernst Kaps, Steinway, Bosendorfer, Bluthner, Bechstein & many others.
Once your treasured piano is in our safe hands, we prepare a process of works and a rigid schedule so that you are informed of progress every step of the way. All costs are fixed with all alowances accounted for, so that there are no surprises or hidden extras. All materials used are the best available and/ or brand faithful depending upon your request. Often earlier pianos can be significantly improved upon with newer materials and systems, whilst remaining sensitive to the maker and style of piano, we accommodate any requests. With a full factory rebuild, the finished result always accompanies a new piano warranty.
For over 20 years, we have handled the safe transport of pianos from celeste right through to concert pianos both locally nationally and internationally. We have a full containerised dedicated logistics system for pianos including the handling of complex customs and quarantine requirements.
Individual or multiple pianos from unpacked to full safe package and crating services. We even have offshore buying specialists for the assessment and valuation of international purchasing right down to the landed cost and viability reporting.
