Shipping and Delivery Policy

Where a piano is not collected from our depot or workshop, delivery of products is Australia wide using specialist piano carriers depending on your locality and available service. The responsibility of the products becomes yours once the goods leave our possession. It is recommended to check the validity of the insurance with the elected carrier or to ensure that you have arranged transit insurance.

Customer Service Policy

CAPP Imports Australia is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 28-60 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund in the event of a special order item, or accessory alterations to a piano, delivery times can considerably longer.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty and have been cited and confirmed by our Authorised representative as such, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do. Special build or order items cannot be refunded. If a fault occurs, then exchange can be accepted in accordance with the warranty conditions provided with your piano and/or accessories.
